In a statement titled “Peaceful Disintegration or War”, the group, commended the peaceful struggle of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), adding that peace and lengthy litigations will not yield the needed result.
It described the Nigerian state as a state under Islamic rule, hence peaceful negotiation cannot produce any meaningful result for the unity of Nigeria.

“We advise all Niger Deltan’s still living in the northern and western part of the country to return home within seven days as their safety cannot not be guaranteed after then.
