News:Julie Wards in forefront for the release of IPOB leader

A British member of Parliament in the person of Julie ward has met with representatives of IPOB towards the release of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.

Ward who is a feminist zealot discussed with IPOB representative on the steps for the immediate release of Nnamdi KANU.As a Member of the European Parliament for North West England, she asummed office 22 may 2014 having worked set up campaign against violence against women as well as organising events for One Billion Rising .

Mazi Nnamdi KANU who has been in detention for over a year is charged for committing treason and as a threat to the unity of Nigeria. Although there has been a global call to free Nnamdi KANU, the Nigeria State has kept him in prison.
